As Studio ERA believes that Architecture should be accessible to everyone, we offer a range of services that can suit your budget. Everyone deserves good design and good design doesn’t have to cost the world. We offer our services mostly in Southern Highlands NSW, we work all around Regional NSW and Sydney, but we are open to working anywhere in Australia, why not ask us?
Whilst our fees vary from project to project depending on the scope of the work (in rough terms, the size and complexity of the project), we have a suite of services that we offer to help you get your project off the ground.
Full Design Service
This is your typical Architectural Service taking your project from Pre-Design right through to Construction services. This is the service that most people use and gives us the time to develop good relationships and a great design.
Pared Back Design Service
If your budget is a bit smaller, we still want to help you have a fabulous home. In the pared back services, we keep things simple to keep the budget and the complexity under control. Whilst you may not have all the typical level of detail of a Studio ERA home, you still get a fantastic outcome. We focus of great planning and a few key details to bring that “ahh” moment to your project.
Limited Edition Design

This service is for those of you who are looking to build your new home from scratch, but you want something a bit more unique than your typical project home. Studio ERA has a selection of pre-
designed plans that suit most sites, and best of all, we only sell six licences for each house design, after that the design will be retired.
So unlike a project home, you won’t see your house in every subdivision and it will be tweaked to suit the site to give you better thermal comfort year-round. Best of all, because the design is already complete it is much more cost effective for you.
Feasability Studies
Have you got a project that you're not sure about? We can conduct a feasibility study to tell you what's possible to do on your site. This could be a simple planning review and mud mapping of the space you have to work with on your site, or it could be a detailed investigation into the development potential of your site.
Prefab

Our prefab service teams up with a fantastic company to provide custom architectural designs with prefab panel construction. Because of the efficiencies of the prefab system, we are able to offer an efficient service that means we offer lower architectural fees than traditional full service fees. Prefab reduces design time, documentation time, time on site and the buildings are extremely energy efficient. If you want to discuss this with us further before the launch date, please get in touch.
Pre-Purchase Consultations
Are you looking to buy a block of land or a little doer-upper? We offer a pre-purchase consultation to help you make more informed decisions. It can be major setback when you buy a property, only later to find out that you can't do what you really wanted to do. Let us come to site, check all the planning controls and give you a framework to make your decision. For a simple fixed fee is it worth it for peace of mind.
